Please note: Pricing and quotations will not be provided for general enquires and are subject to prior NDA and SOW contractual agreements.

Should you require priority response please add the relevant heading to the body of your message* (Urgent/Priority/On Call)

Urgent (Hours or Days):

Any engagement request with less than 48hrs notice to enable SOW approval and service delivery agreement to be signed with 50% upfront cost transferred or authorised via BACS.

Priority or Ad Hoc:

Any urgent engagement request without clear indication of defined terms or scope that necessitates priority of Client A over scheduled Client B,C,D etc will incur an urgency factor addition of 2 x hourly rate. This factor will apply to all days of consecutive engagement at the relevant daily billing rate.  

On Call:

Client request to support teams in multiple times zone or maintain on call or reactive support without clear time definitions. While on call can be requested for other Client requirements, this would ordinarily fall into either extended hourly billing rate calculation or by mutually agreed hourly/daily terms during SOW approval.

*Urgent/Priority and On Call Aggregation

To best serve Clients in time-sensitive situations, a practical approach will be maintained to ensure the rapid provision of support is prioritised in line with economical costing methodologies.

Hilmir-Osk Limited will make all reasonable attempts to negotiate a fair and affordable price structure with Clients in these circumstances - Based on a principle of trust and good will. While this does not waive baseline rates and additions stated in our fees documentation, pricing negotiation will be tailored based on factors such as tender size, value of scheduled clients subject to prioritisation and the scope of any other planned expenditures impacted, to ultimately enable equitable pricing terms are offered.
